By adjusting parameters such as aeration volume, return ratio, and sludge concentration, the optimal process combination scheme was determined. After the equipment was fully prefabricated and tested at the factory, it was shipped to the project site in modular form and was assembled, commissioned, and put into operation in just three days, far shorter than the months required for traditional concrete structures.
